The Pointe Resort Condominiums at Tapatio Cliffs is located at 10410 N. Cave Creek Road and encompass addresses also on 12th Street, 12th Place, 12th Court and 12th Way.
The community is comprised of 391 units with ten varying styles and floorplans. There are one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom floorplans of the single level units and three floor plans of the courthome style two-story units. Some of these courthomes have one car garages and others have a one car carport. All other condominium units have assigned covered parking.
The community has three automated gated entry systems. The community is lushly landscaped and there are three heated swimming pools and spas.
Recreational facilities also include a full Basketball Court and Tennis Court and hiking in nearby Phoenix Mountain Preserve. There are multiple fountains, seating areas throughout the community and centrally located locked mail kiosks.
